The proper use of all the key elements of a reliability-based maintenance program significantly improves maintenance and operations efficiency and results in lower cost. Our services provide for: Development & Implementation of Maintenance Best Practice Programs, Systems and Procedures We use a tailored approach to develop, install and integrate maintenance best practice programs, systems and procedures. We focus on the following key components to establish a maintenance best practice program: - Master Equipment List
- Equipment document control files
- Maintenance Procedures & Tasks
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Planning and Scheduling
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs
- Reliability Centered Maintenance Programs
- Spare Parts and Stores Programs
- Training in the above components
Fine-Tuning & Improving Existing Maintenance Programs Often times maintenance programs have most, if not all of the key elements in place, but they do not work individually or collectively to achieve the desired results. A “tweaking”, tune-up, or overhaul may be required to get the program on track and functioning properly. First, an assessment is made to pinpoint the weakness and gaps in the program. Then, the identified improvements are made, including a full integration of all aspects of the program. And finally, training of both maintenance and operations personnel is performed to ensure that the new, integrated programs are fully understood by all users. EAM/CMMS Selection, Installation, Configuration & Integration In order to have a fully functioning, integrated maintenance reliability program, a state of the art Enterprize Asset Management / Computerized Maintenance Management System (EAM/CMMS) must be in-place and functioning. We can assist in the selection, installation, configuration and integration of the right program for the plant. If an EAM/CMMS is already in place, we can refine the configuration of the system and adjust the maintenance program elements to operate more efficiently and effectively within the existing CMMS.
